There's No Room Here For Stage Fright

Featuring 5 reels on up to 20 pay lines, American Icon allows players to bet a maximum of 10,000 coins. The game allows players to choose their coin size, ranging from a penny to up to $200. Once that happens, you will have to choose from 26 contestants, which you will play as through the entire game. After each round, players just like the television version will be asked to eliminate other contestants. And for each successful round, players will be offered a contract, based on winnings and the value of the other contestants. Accepting the contract officially ends the game.

Bonus Games

Vegas Technology offers star struck hopefuls a total of ten levels within a bonus game. On the first level, you will have to eliminate 6 contestants, and one contestant less through the subsequent phases up, until level five where you have to eliminate only one. On level ten, it's just you and one other contestant. Here you can click on either contestant to reveal prizes.

Behind The Icon

Like most slot games, American Icon features a wild symbol which is symbolized by the gold record. The gold record replaces the other symbols with the exception of the American Idol and Recording Contract icon. If you're crafty enough to line up two or more gold records in a row, you win, and if fate is on your side, lining up five gold records in a row, gains you the mega jackpot of 10,000. The scatter symbol which appears randomly, symbolizes the recording contract. Get two or more of these to get paid, and if you can pull off three or more on a pay line, you will earn 15 free spins. If you manage to get three or more American Idol icons, players will enter the bonus round, where they play through ten levels to win prizes and the all elusive contract.
